"An innovation is one of those things that society looks at and says, if we make this part of the way we live and work, it will change the way we live and work."

-Dean Kamen

The Robert Crown Center for Health Education is a national leader, and has been since it opened its doors as the nation's very first health education center more than fifty years ago.  And we do more than teach children.  A culture of innovation at the Robert Crown Center means our professionals anticipate the needs of our community. They work ahead of the curve to develop the latest teaching strategies, combined with cutting-edge technology, which meets the needs of our students and their adult influencers, especially parents.  Recognized for this effort, RCC educators and staff regularly accept invitations to "teach the teachers" at national, state and local meetings. The Robert Crown Center is proud to have a respected voice in the national conversations on topics such as puberty, sexual health and decision making, childhood obesity, and drug prevention education.

The Innovations section of our website is an opportunity to preview our new ideas.  We’d like your input, feedback, and suggestions as we work hard to make sure our communities stay healthy, happy, and safe.  Contact us at  Thank you!
